Disc Membrane Air Diffuser

TBC disc diffuser is a fine pore flexible membrane diffuser that provides operational flexibility with maximum oxygen transfer efficiency. TBC 10” & 12.5” diameter diffusers employ a 3/4” diameter PT (male) threaded connection for ease of installation/maintenance and universal application. Alternate materials of construct are available for special applications. TBC disc diffuser units are available with premium quality EPDM membranes. Multiple perforation patterns are available to optimize system performance. The flexible membrane diffusers incorporate an external check valve designed to prevent intrusion of liquids or solids into the diffuser and air piping under normal on/off operating conditions.
